Opposite have many hotel. Beside is monorail. Just walk 2 minutes. Beside have 7 eleven and starbuck coffee. If you want meet friends, you can appointment in Starbuck
Nice, modern and clean building. However, parking rate is on the high side. Can't sit longer in Starbucks here.

The low rating is for the rudest person I've ever encountered (the guy answering me thru the intercom machine at parking gate today). The security and receptionist staff meanwhile were all very good. The building management needs to seriously monitor the oral behaviour of this guy towards guests/ clients, or hire the right person. Incident happened when I, a first-time visitor, mistakenly entered the wrong parking entrance which is not for public parking around 9.45-10am, 14th Nov 2024. The guy answering the intercom machine was very rude both to the Bangladeshi security guard and myself.
